Counselling services

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor therapy to your needs, drawing from Person-Centred, CBT, and Psychodynamic approaches for the best results.

Person-Centered Therapy

This non-directive approach lets you lead the session in a safe, empathetic space. By exploring your thoughts and feelings, you gain self-awareness and discover your own solutions. My role is to support you without judgment or direction, helping you to discover what’s right for you.

Cognitive Behavioral 
Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps break negative thought patterns that impact emotions and behavior. Together, we identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier ones. You’ll also learn practical coping strategies. CBT is evidence-based and recognized by NICE guidelines.

Psychodynamic Therapy

This approach explores how past experiences, especially childhood, shape your present feelings and behaviors. By uncovering unconscious patterns, you gain insight to make more informed choices and break free from past influences.

Pricing

How much does it cost?

I work online, via the telephone and face-to-face. For those who prefer in-person sessions, I offer a welcoming and safe environment near Stratford-upon-Avon, where we can work together in a confidential space.

Each session costs £50 and lasts 50 minutes.

I offer a reduced fee to counselling students – please contact me for more information.
