More About Me

My Background

Beyond my private practice, I volunteer at a Worcestershire wellbeing charity, supporting those with anxiety, depression, and neurodiverse challenges.

I have experience of working in a corporate environment where I’ve coached and mentored colleagues, and I’m aware of the intensity of work-life pressures. I’ve also fostered children and volunteered for a confidential helpline offering emotional support to anyone experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those struggling with suicidal thoughts.

My professional expertise, combined with personal life experiences, gives me deep empathy and understanding, helping me connect with and support people from all walks of life.
